FCC suggests HTC CONV100 is T-Mobile's Shadow II
So, what is the HTC CONV100? Looks like we might finally have our answer after the freakin' Bluetooth SIG left us all scratching our heads a few months back. The answer lies in this grainy picture that the FCC somehow passes as an official filing document, in this case used to identify the location of the Bluetooth antenna relative to the exterior of the device. Those with sharp memories will recall that this looks suspiciously like the spy picture we saw of the supposed Shadow II for T-Mobile, and the lack of WCDMA 850 / 1900 in the test documentation would certainly jibe with that theory. The white casing looks like it could really pan out, too, so we're kinda hoping T-Mob ends up offering at least a couple colors when this one inevitably gets official in the next few weeks, months, years, or decades.

In midst of Iphone, diamond, and touch pro releases, I don't think anyone will be really paying attention to this one.
and maybe that'll mean it'll be cheaper :)
Well if they offer colors,
hopefully magenta is one
:P
lol let's paint the town magenta again!
cmon t-mo lets get some new phones! Do you really expect me to pay $300 for an HTC Wing when I can just get an iphone and unlock it for $400 without a contract?
You have a very good point there!
Oh, yeah. That's a wonderful handset. Too bad very few people will ever hear of it.
Could they have chosen an uglier phone? Especially after announcing the Touch Diamond, someone in the design department was drunk when he let this through!
Is that a front-facing camera?
Looks an awful lot like a rebadged, rounded HTC Touch Cruise. Same front-facing camera, exact same ear speaker and location of buttons, same-y directional wheel.
If they don't get the Diamond or Pro, I'm jumping ship. I get as much out of Opera Mini and my broken-camera, broken-ringer Nokia 5300 as possible, but it is getting ridiculous.
Chrome and or Black..keep it simple..
