HDD enclosure wedded with multi-function dock -- has to be Brando
We're still torn on whether we'd have this or one of those always-evolving HDD Stage Racks at our desk, but really, you can't go wrong either way. Brando's 2.5-inch SATA HDD Enclosure with Multi-Function Dock pretty much explains itself, but if you struggle with piecing things together, we're here to help. The unit holds any 2.5-inch SATA drive you care to insert, and the base doubles as a 2-port USB hub and multicard reader. The whole thing is just $25 -- the tough part is choosing between red or black. Hmm.

seems perfect for a ps3
I love Brando. They make awesome screen protectors as well as game and usb gadgets.
2.5" drives get all the love. Where's the cool, sexy (albeit big-boned) enclosures for cheaper, higher-capacity 3.5" drives?
RED!
At $25 this makes the choice really easy even though it is on the higher end of the pricing structure for similar external enclosures... but also considering it performs 3 functions at once... and since I've got a spare 2.5" right over here, I'll probably end up getting it.
Why is the red one taller than the black one?
optical illusion. i believe a shot was taken for each, at slightly different angles, and combined into one pic. or, one's not seated all the way.
real question is, why does it matter? are you getting both?
Why no mac support? my macbook is just screaming "i want one!" solves my card reader problem!!!!! alas it was not to be i guess......
I would assume this works with any OS. Especially if it is a standard mass storage device and standard hub.
I've actually been looking for something like this. I carry a 2.5" hard drive around, and I have a USB cable dangling from my tower at all times. I'd love to have some sort of docking station. I just wish there was one that didn't look like a small creature!
Awww those are cute :D
