Also, how do you want us to write this thing up? We usually do the latest updates at the bottom (so it reads like anything else -- top to bottom); at Macworld we polled and did newest updates at the top, and a lot of people told us afterward that they preferred it the old way. So, what say you?

why not post both ways? when reading live, it's easier to watch the top of the screen, but if you're stuck in a meeting, the recap sucks when you have all the new products at the top of the screen and then have to scroll UP to read it instead.
is it possible to post both Top-Down and Bottom-Up?

Good luck for those who want to see what's up with Apple, though. I'm sure Engadget's coverage will be great as always.
People are so fixated on iPhone and tablet that they're completely forgetting about any other Apple-software-supported peripheral hardware.
Think Apple TV.

I just put my iPod Touch on Craigslist. I am hoping Steve anounces a newer and better iPod Touch so I could be the first to buy it!

oh wait, the update-style reveal of everything is incredibly stupid, but Apple has some incredibly assholeish notion that broadcasting a videostream from the event is BAD BAD NOT ALLOWED.
I spoke with an ATT representative today about switching from Verizon to ATT. I inquired about what the price of the new iphone 3G and its availability.
The representative stated that the price points would stay the same. However, for signing up with ATT, each iphone activated with ATT will receive a $200 mail in rebate as a subsidy. There will be a 16GB version at $399.99 and a 32GB version at $499.99. If you chose to sign up for a two-year contract with ATT, you can reduce those prices by $200 making the prices $199.99 and $299.99 respectively.
Also, the iPhone 3G, while supposedly will be announced next Monday, will most likely not be available until the 23rd of June. The last week of June is when both Apple and ATT has set aside to begin selling the new devices. There are going to be in store events and extra employees to assist with the launch. They received another corporate wide memo this week stating that the last week of June and the first week of July would be extremely busy because that was the first two weeks of the iPhone 3G release. Apple is announcing the phone approximately two weeks prior to when they will be selling the phone. Quite similar to their normal releases like the MacBook Air, etc.
The reason for the $200 mail in rebate is because of the mass amount of iPhones that have been unlocked and not used with ATT. This encourages people to use the phone with ATT. Before, there was no enticement for people to buy the phone and use it with ATT except for the warranty with Apple. However, now, if you use your phone with ATT, you save $200 and ATT still makes a profit.
This also has no effect on Apple at all as only iPhones activated through ATT will recieve the rebate. There have been close to 7 million iPhones sold since its introduction i believe? Did ATT really add 7 million in customers? No... Did it add 5 million? I dont think so...
Verizon paid approximately $2100 for each Alltel customer it acquired today in its purchase of Alltel for a total of $28.1 Billion dollars. I would assume that $200 a pop for each new ATT customer due to an iPhone contract would be more than worth it as they would pay $1900 less for each customer. Verizon could only dream of that... think about it.
I didn't know Apple Trademarked "MobileMe" in early 2006... Psyched to see what kind of awesomeness Apple will churn out. As a loyal Mac user, iPhone owner, AND .Mac user, I'm psyched for what this WWDC has in store for me.
I see the WWDC article and think... Hey, it doesn't seem like it's been a year, but then realize I've just been reading engadget for too long. Figures.
As an artist I am looking for a Mac tablet so I hope.....
