I live on the east coast, and it's not like AT&T is any worse than Verizon. As far as I can tell, they're all terrible, overpriced, and offer terrible customer service.

We are eleigible for new phones now with Verizon. But there is no way I would switch from Verizon to ATT here on the east coast.
