Orange's Dance Charge finally makes dance meaningful

It's summer, that means music festival time for the pagans. Orange knows this and returns with another solution to keep your Glastonbury-bound portable electronics charged. Revelers will get the chance to try this prototype Dance Charge kinetic charger. Right, kinetic as in movement. With an assist by eco-house GotWind, the 4.25 x 2.5-inch / 180-gram velcro and elastic band converts your chemically-fueled, backbeat twitches into electrical current with the help of a system of weights and magnets. This in turn charges an embedded battery for topping off your portable electronics throughout the multi-day event. Add EL lighting effects and you've got yourselves a trend Orange.

This would be lush with an ipod!
So like, does this count for all motion? Me and the girlfriend could certainly charge our mobiles while we "get it on". Gotta luv renewable energy!
Looks quite good!
This will make a nice accessory to the orange square covered behind the neck camera jacket. People are going to buy these up like no tomorrow.
I'm going to attach this to my dog.
Free power!
people will think you lank health conscious, like you always checking your blood pressure. thats pretty cool :)
That picture shows the cable going to the USB port on the N95. No Nokia phone can charge via USB, they all use their own socket (which on the N95 is to the edge of the bottom, not in the middle)
Actually, Nokia and 3rd parties make adaptors for USB to charge-port, so you can charge via USB. Though, those connectors tend to not be very reliable in my experience (having to jiggle them slightly to get them to berecognized by the phone)
But, I have no idea about the charge-port location on the N95.
That's true. The n95 doesn't charge via IT'S usb port.
So, does this only work with movements that you'd associate with dancing (lots of frantic arm movements or something)... or could a normal person put one on his leg and use it to charge while walking?
Well the only way to charge my 3500 Classic is via USB.
That's one beefy arm, there, Trogdor.
First time commenter - so please excuse superfluous post.
What's next, the "Hump Charge"?
