Maybe I'm alone in this but VGA does not mean much to me when we're still dealing with low-res eyewear devices. 640 IS still a step up from 320; a CONSIDERABLE step up if you've checked out the differences while looking into eyewear.
Yes, it's still a long ways away from SVGA (You see that? I used the fully-worded graphic standard instead of using the numerical equivalent.) But we're still talking about a pretty sweet (and affordable! ) toy for the present.
