Microvision 360 hack slaps an Xbox on the back of an old TV for no good reason
A familiar face on these pages, primarily for his PSP work, PvP_LostKnight seems to have decided his Xbox 360 was lonely and cold, so he stripped off the case and strapped the thing to the back of his old HD LCD. PvP has never been heavy on the instructions, but he's got a few shots of the "Microvision 360" setup, plus a video of all the excitement (embedded after the break). We can only hope that insane fan noise is from some sort of warehouse cooling fans in the background, and isn't coming from this little heat sandwich he concocted.

That thing...will explode...
Why did he make sure to show the controller while pushing the button, only to not have the guide button light up? And why did the startup screen start display about a second or two later than it should have? I don't doubt that he built this based on all the pics he posted but those two things seem a little odd.
trailerpark AC power is unpredictable... trust me.
I can't believe that the Apple fanboys (or haters... take your pick) failed to call this a precursor to the new iXbox.
"To clear things up, in the video the loud suction sound is from my ventilation system in my work area. The 360 produces minimal sound and the video doesn't represent the true sound of it."
