I agree with you about the “wrongness” of calling Americans just to those living in USA , but there is just one continent call America and its just one continent, from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, etc… in the south(and nop, not everything south of the US of A is Mexico), to Alaska and Canada in the north, and yes its divided in 3 parts, north, central and southern America, but still, it’s just one continent.

I broke my Iphone that i bought on the first day that it came out, and had to use my old phone while i wait for the 3g to come out.
And now they're telling me that...tough shit...if you don't use an iphone now, you're not eligible for the $199 price. Even if i have the original iphone. How can i use the broken fucking iphone???
You're blaming Apple because YOU broke your iPhone? How about this: You were an idiot and broke your iPhone, so suck it up and pay for a new one, you dumbass. You should have taken it up with Apple when you broke it, not over a year later. It's seriously YOUR FAULT for 1) breaking it, and 2) waiting for a 3G iPhone despite the fact that nobody promised you anything.
The false sense of entitlement some people have is just staggering.
I take it that you didn't take out insurance on the original iPhone then? If i was paying that much for the phone, I think I would have made sure it was insured.
How did you manage to break it on the first day anyway?
@donkamero, which is more pathetic....a guy posting on a site that he works for, or you posting and replying to almost every poster on here behind the scenes by email (like you just did to me)? i would say you, as Zach gets street cred and cool gadgets to play with while he's on Engadget, while all you get is a big bandwidth bill from your ISP...........

Fact #3: Debt does not mean you don't pay your bills. I'd be willing to wager that you have a car payment every month, yet you're still in debt right? However you still make your payments right? so you still pay bills, but you are in debt. I see you're getting that awesome high school education......

Ah... I'm not anti-USA or any country for that matter...but to say USA pays 90% of the World bills is a mistake.
You said so yourself, that USA pays for the countries WHO ASKED for help... I know that there are a lot of miserable Countries but to say its 90% of the World bills... I just think you overestimated your calculation.
I can understand that you don't like people badmouting your Country - I assume - but you don't really gain anything being arrogant about it.
Besides money doesn't really sounds like something to be proud over. So you Country has money (or not). So what?
And I don't really understand how any of this is relevant about the 3G Iphone post....
1. Paying 90% of all outgoing food, monetary, and military aide to countries who request aid does not equate to paying 90% of the worlds bills. However some proof would be nice, as I can't seem to find any information that backs up your figures.
2. Fair point. However if you have given more out then you would expect to forgive more debt than say Britain (for example) has, who are a much smaller country anyway.
3. You are correct in saying debt does not equal not paying bills. However, if you are constantly borrowing more and more then you aren't paying anything off. I have a car which I pay £400 a month for, but if I was to put that on a credit card (which many people do, I don't) then I may be paying off that bill, but I am only offsetting my debt, which is exactly what your oh so great congress is doing. As I said your government borrows a further $300bn (approx, obviously this number varies) every year, your hardly paying any of that debt off.
Your case is far from closed, better luck next time.
Oh and to your other point, I hardly reply to every poster behind an email, my point was that the other commenter has his opinion, and has every right to, again my comments were just my opinion, I will express that if i like.
And to be honest, I'm not sure why you have an issue with me, as I haven't actually said anything negative about your country.
My point is only that your arrogance is misplaced. My original statement was that the US does not in fact pay 90% of the worlds bills, that is still my stance, and is still the fact.

You realize that american is our country, so their for we are Americans, just as people from Mexico are Mexicans and Canada are Canadians. Last I checked no one live in a continent called America. Canada and the us are in North America, Mexico is in Central America, and then there is South Americans. The few people I know tend to be refered to as being from a specific country and not a whole continent.

A) Waiting for something like that in line for... i dont even wanna guess how many hours and then being critisized over ur finger nails? lol
B) Doing dirty work like a techy is something ur nails have to deal with, and by the sounds of it, people like you have to deal with aswell cus none of u obviously know what techy work intails
C) On top of all that, these people bring great reviews, they do the "dirty" work so others like me and other tech-heads dont have to, they bring very technical detailed notes about how things work, who the hell are u to critisize them?
When you become as good and advanced as they are, THEN u can talk, until then, keep ur fingers to urself everybody
Teardowns serve a higher purpose than generating website hits. If you can dissect a device that is going to sell as many units as the iPhone in order to determine the manufacturers of its hardware components, you can estimate part of future revenue figures for the (publicly traded) corporations providing those components.
