If you want this Firmware but don't want to feed the Apple Monster, check The Bay. I just downloaded it and its working amazingly. Got my self 5 apps already. It's ridiculous we (ipod touch) owners have to pay for this. Support the dev teams but not Apple... Download the fw and then buy the apps legit...

I just figured out, that if you put your ipod in DFU mode (Hold Sleep & Home button until it turns off, then when apple logo shows, keep holding Home button), plug it into your computer and then press Restore in iTunes, you get it all free! :D

If it's build 5A347 it'll work fine. I installed it over a Jailbreak-1.1.4 version without any problems.
