iPhone experiencing GPS problems after 2.0.1 update?

While some complaints after any firmware update are to be expected, there seems to be a decided uptick in the number of reports of problems with the iPhone's GPS (ranging from general wonkiness to all out failure) after the most recent 2.0.1 update. As the responses on the MacRumors forums indicate, however, the problems are far from across the board (or confined to the iPhone 3G), and GPS problems haven't exactly been that rare of an occurrence before this latest update either. So, we'll open it up to you, dear readers -- have you had any newfound iPhone GPS problems?

The whole point of GPS is for location based services (for such a consumer end product) as mentioned in this article, with some great examples of new services coming out: http://www.internetevolution.com/author.asp?section_id=526&doc_id=156444&f_src=flffour
Sorry -- slightly off topic here, but I installed the 2.0.1 update on my 1st gen iPhone and now it won't get mail from my Exchange server. Anyone else having this issue?
Yeah, now that you mention it, my GPS is not working.
What a pain....
no issues with mine post upgrade.
It's getting worst after every update !

The GPS in the 3G has never been as good as my TomTom at telling me exactly where I am, but I can live with that.
I think it works fine for what I suspect to be its primary function which is to figure out where you are and then do something based on that location. It doesn't matter to me if I am 1.3 miles from somewhere or 1.386 miles from somewhere, just that that is the closest somewhere. I use the geo-tagging feature of a couple of apps, and I really love OneTap because I live on Long Island and go to a lot of movies (there are a lot of theaters here) and not having to figure out the zip code of where I am before I can even begin to look for a movie is really useful. The same goes for Google maps... it is a lot easier to search for "Starbucks" than it is to search for "Starbucks near Hauppauge, NY".
It looks like I have had more trouble with the GPS ever since I installed the 2.0.1 update. The iPhone doesn't seem to be able to determine its current location even in areas where it took just seconds prior to the update. But when I turn off the 3G network, the GPS works fine.
Since the 2.0.1 release I my iPhone 3g has been unable to find my current location. I used it all the time before this release. It's kind of frustrating. I am thinking of bringing it in to the apple store to see what they say about it.
