That keyboard looks terrible! Why did they remove the numbers from the top row and put punctuation keys instead? :(
So they remove the front camera, ruin the keyboard, and call it the U.S. version?

I may be a fanboy and all for the iPhone, but I'm also all for good competition. Let's hope that HTC steps up to the plate and comes up with a winner with this one. IMO, the Tilt was a pretty good contender for what it offered hardware-wise.

I believe if you look at the status in the top right, he doesn't have a SIM card loaded. Also he needs to charge his battery...

if you read the thread, he hasn't received the phone yet. That is supposed to happen sometime later today (see post #3 on the xda thread). The pictures are from the seller.
If you are going to go with at&t, why not just get an iPhone.

Umm....the 900 was for a "pre-release" and that's all speculation anyways. I think that question and ya'lls comments could be better posted when this thing actually hits AT&T and we see how much it is then.
Well, I for one am glad to (hopefully) finally hear this will be released for AT&T. Upgrade here I come!

Ugh! Leave it to the carriers to let a shit-chucking-ape ruin the UI provided by the manufacturer. The black flip clock looks like complete garbage against that hideous light colored ATT wallpaper. I'm sure it can be changed. It's just the principle.

Doesn't it seem more than a little odd that it wouldn't actually be ATT branded on the phone itself, rather than just included on screen.

my 8525 is on its last legs getting the white screen a lot i need a touch pro very badly. and the bold just get delayed wich worries me they might push the touch back as well so they have phone come out every month or something
They got rid of the top row being the number keys!!!! AWESOME. Score 1 for ATT heh. (I had 8125, it's number keys were spread across the top row too, it sucked. My 8525 has them in a cluster like a keypad, so much nicer to use.
They got rid of DEDICATED number keys.

I'm not convinced. The phone itself is unbranded, and all the stuff you see in TF3D could easily be done on any phone, not just an AT&T phone

Whatever, just stop teasing us and release a worth while phone AT&T, I need a new phone but the only nice phones are the VU which is only nice looking, the iPhone which is Apple and thus locked down more than fort knox, and the Tilt which is old, come on and give us the touch pro, omnia, xperia, or something else good already.

Went to the Cingular / ATT store today to check on this and while they will not, as always, tell you when a non-press released phone is going to sale, I did get one clerk to tell me that they are going for training on this end of next week.
