I bought my first 360 at Best Buy. For the first time in my life it paid off getting the extended warranty. No question ask after the first RROD. They didn't even check what was in the box. The manger said just get another one. The next RROD really made me mad and Best Buy let me upgrade to the Elite. The third RROD shocked me. I did not expect it with the Elite (the hardware was different). Once agin back to Best Buy and a easy exchange. I sold it to my son in law and bought a PS3. I miss the media extender and the interface on the Xbox. I feel really burned by Microsoft, they have lost me as a customer
