BlackBerry Flip swings by the FCC
It's all very confidential -- the FCC has really clamped down on that of late -- but one diagram slipped through the filter, which seems to protray the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 in technical drawing fashion. There's literally nothing else to say about the thing, unless you're itching to hear the IMEI number off the FCC label, but with the FCC barrier out of the way, we could see the Flip landing at T-Mobile any week now.

I looked at that image and thought it was a top-down view of a car diagram.
RIM is amazing, so many new models this season! How such as small ltd can compete with giants like Apple, MS, Google etc? Also the software industry for BBs arouses. Such a nice projects like http://www.blackberryfreeware.org/ , http://www.crackberry.com/ , blackberryforums.com, just awesome!
I think it's the new Mini Cooper.
BB is all like "Take that iPhone users!!" and iPhone users are all like "WTF?" and then it's like PWND!
BB for the win!! no wait, iPhone rules all!!!
Just wait till apple makes a flip iPHone. it will be game over for RIM
I am soooooo LOLZ rite now!!!!
ZOMG can't believe you did that!!!!
proofread, proofread, Paul Miller!!
If you have a problem with his preformance take it up with management!
i will say that rim is trying to save themselves, not sure if it will work tho
(:
Rim doesn't need saving buddy, its been doing pretty freaking amazing since they released the curve way back when
44.5% to 53.6% market share increase in U.S market and 15.7% to 17.4% in worldwide market. Yes. RIM DEFINITELY needs some saving. Apple had a decrease to 7.4% from 19.2%. So if RIM needs saving, what does Apple need?
Really? A flip phone blackberry? This seems like a very lame attempt to capture the teenybopper crowd.
Yeah but can it calculate tips
Clamshell! huh huh
This, I think, is a weak attempt to address the inherent flaw of the 'pearl' control ball. I support BlackBerrys, and those ball assemblies get all gummed up, lint-encrusted, and just generally fail. It's a terrible design, and they really should have learned the error of moving parts from their terrible 7100 models (which had their scrollwheels as the mechanical Achilles heel).
my Pearl control ball is fine and I keep it in my pocket almost constantly.
I don't get it, Rogers is already advertising the BB 8220 in a flyer we received with a full color picture... They are selling new for $199 on a rogers contract...
Did Rogers actually get a phone before the US did?
