Zune site down, 3.0 software update imminent

It's Tuesday and the on-line store is down which can mean only one thing: new aluminum MacBooks. Huh? Oh, the Zune store is down. Well, in that case the Zune 3.0 software update is just around the corner.

That's exactly why.. Apple doesn't release new laptops every month.. Besides.. It's not like Engadget doesn't cover the new laptops that come out every month.. despite being called Zune3, the stuff on download (currently) appears to be the previous version - packages marked 4/29/2008. name and mod date of the higher level dirs promise v3 - but looks like we'll have to wait a little while longer.
