Have you seen the sample shots from the mkII? Have you seen the noiseless images at ISO 1600 & ISO 3200? What about the "acceptable" amounts of noise in ISO 6400?

The new Canon 5D Mark II will in 2 years be obsolete - not the best Canon has to offer - and not in the same league with the S2.
