So lets say you're a criminal, you steal one of these beauties.. you realise it has a gps module.. but then you realise it isn't tethered to any power source after you've run off with it. Unlikely also is it's ability to perform fission and develop its own perpetual state of power. Lets say it has a car battery, that's going to last what.. a day? And I'd question what material is chosen so not to be cut-into-able.
Strikes me this is just a very pretty ordinary safe with some useless features.
