Smartparts busts out 32-inch SP3200WF WiFi digiframe
There comes a point in a digital photo frame's life in which it grows beyond being "just a simple digiframe." For Smartparts' SP3200WF, that time is now. This 32-inch monstrosity is easily the world's hugest WiFi digital photo frame, packing a 1,366 x 768 resolution, natural wood frame with espresso finish, an SD / MS / CF multicard reader, RF remote support, and the ability to play back slideshows, videos, PDFs and even PowerPoint files. Furthermore, it's among the firm's first to integrate with Windows Live Photo Gallery, and the built-in RSS reader keeps your eyes occupied when the snaps grow stale. Too bad there aren't any video inputs (and a price to ponder).

What a rip. I bought my 37" HDTV for $850.
Foolish.
9.75" deep? Their product concept Photoshop job really took some liberties, there, with that flush-mounted look, eh?
Maybe having the rear of the TV sticking a few inches out into the adjoining room is considered the "easy maintenance" feature?
The Costco link is for the original SP3200 frame released earlier this year. It is the same as the new SP3200WF except without the WiFi. The WiFi frame has yet to be made available for sale - at least I don't see it anywhere. Even Smartparts' own site doesn't list any means with which to buy it.
hard to compare it to TV.
I would imagine shedding the TV hardware allows this to be thinner.
This has a unique frame and matting.
It is a shame that the built-in memory isn't greater, since flash mem is so cheap now-a-days.
I would have to see it in person to make a judgement, but this is a viable solution for our lobby, so we wouldn't have to have a computer hooked to the screen. Just turn it on and let it go. Also, we wouldn't need to build a custom frame and cut a custom matte.
...also a viable solution for getting rid of unwanted money
Um, anyone ever hear about Smart Parts, you know, the well established paintball products company that has a significant market share because of their inexpensive electros? Anyone? Knowing Smart Parts and their crazy lawyers who want to sue the heck out of anyone they can, I'm surprised that they haven't sued this company for trademark infringement.
Dear God, you've got to be kidding me.
This would be nice if it were no more than $350, but I highly doubt that'll happen for a while yet.
if only for $300.... -_-'
I can't be the only one who has absolutely no interest in these things...maybe if they make them dirt cheap, like I could walk in the store and have some spare change and say "Hey, let me try those things out", till then, nah.
They actually have a video of the product up on the actual site

Wow I must say DJpurpose and Phanbuoy are so clever!!! You DJprurpose with your in depth knowledge of Photoshop and even taking all that time to attach links on how you think the images were placed on the frames, you are so so clever!!! Phanbuoy, the way you can use vulgar language in your comments, that was so cool how you used the "F" word to put more emphasis on your statement you too are too too clever!!! Both Phanbuoy and DJpurpose are just two of the coolest people to be hanging on a blog about a picture frame. Wow I am going to keep my eye out for you too some more, maybe in the clock radio section I can find some more clever, over the edge statements from the both of you. I hope that some day I can be as cool and hip as the both of you. So So clever, really so original and fresh especially using the "F" word. So edgy Phanbuoy!!!!
I heard they bought this 32 inch photo frame from Yifang Digital, a very good facotry in Shenzhen.
