DUH! Qualcomm was the one in the wrong on this one. They should probably just put up a licensing fee to Broadcom to be able to use the technology so that they can keep making and importing chips and the phones using them.
Broadcom wins and Qualcomm loses so of course their stocks will reflect that accordingly.

mykie was pointing out that there was more of a % increase in BC's stock than there was a % decrease in QC's stock.
