I have an HTC Wing that I left in my pants pocket and ran through the wash, including the rinse and spin. I didn't realize what I had done till the next morning when I put the load in the dryer, so the phone was soaked overnight...
After some carefull drying the phone works just fine, everything including all the buttons and keys, the camera, the card slot and the volume slider still work just fine.
