Samsung takes eco-friendly to the desktop with MV100 and MZ100
We know how much you just love eco-friendly desktop computers, so rejoice dear readers: Samsung, on a green kick lately with its free gadget recycling program and edible cellphones, is announcing two new desktops that, individually, consume just 60W of power when on and 1W when in suspend mode. Both the MV100 Tower (the wider one) and MZ100 Slim Tower (the, uh, slimmer one) run Intel's fairly fresh G43 chipset and come with your choice of GeForce 9500GS or 9600GT for graphics. Those are the only vital stats we have to pass on so far, though, and no word on when or if these two will be available outside of Korea.

Whooo Weeee!
The MZ100 comes with an ugly head and a hideous dress.
F the desktop, I'll take one of those girls to the lap-top. (self high-five)
In before "phwoar, check out those model" comments.
Models. And I was still too late.
LOL, How much for the two Chinese girls, LOL?
My guess is that they are Korean, Samsung?
wow i think im going to upgrade my computer i mean girlfriend
Every white guy that dates an asian girl there is an asian guy wondering if he can get a white girl. Or at least an asian girl
@ ThatOneKid:
And for every 100 of them, there's one of you, single and trolling from your parents' basement. Oh yeah, I went there.
ThatOneKid, that's only in Hollywood. Of all the races, white girls are the easiest to get. One of my ex's were white and they usually approach me at bars (though most of them that do are ugly, there are some hot ones).
Yes, brag about how you can only get Ugly white girls...
Racism. Alive and well.
Yea, you keep on believing that
The proof is right there in black and white.
I call the one on the right (the model of course, not the desktop).
Agreed! The one on the right FTW!
The only reason I ever click these Stories that have Asian Women in the picture is to read the comments... lol love it
yep. I always click on ones with irrelevant asian models and anything about megapixels, just to see the discussions or lack thereof
Seconded. The comments are always pretty entertaining. And a tag for this would be awesome indeed!
Yes, the slimmer one, please.
I'm pretty sure both of these girls can read minds. In the Zoolander sense, that is.
I'll take the fat one!
Pass. On the PCs and the models. I've seen far better.
but have neither
Burn!
ITS A TRAP! I swear that one on the left is 16, and the other one is her mom. No thanks!
16 year old asian girls are legal, OH YEAH!
...
That sounded better in my head.
Ha ha. I'll take the mom, thanks.
How am I supposed to know which is "the slimmer one"? One of them's hiding behind the monitor!
Two hot asian girls... I'm definitely buying whatever that is now. I don't need to read the description.
They are qinese, please go to qina. ;)
Wow, not a single comment is about the desktop itself. LOL!!!
What desktop?
This article was about desktops?
I think the girl on the right is this:

no she's not...racist
"The selling point of these desktops is their low power consumption, only 1W in stand-by and 60W in power saving mode."
http://www.akihabaranews.com/en/news_details.php?id=16805
@engadget why didnt u mention this
Yeah, I wish they'd posted something like, "two new desktops that, individually, consume just 60W of power when on and 1W when in suspend mode."
why do they allways use a cute one and a... well not so cute one to model this things? is it to analogize with the 2 products on display?
Is that picture an AD for PCs or GIRLs? I guess its second...
As for PCs - you can build something like that yourself. Just build a barebone laptop and don't connect it to a keyboard and a screen directly :)
I'm quite surprised that Samsung decided to include the GeForce 9500GS or 9600GT - they aren't the most powerful but compared to other small-form-factor PCs or energy-saving PCs, these are definitely more powerful than integrated graphics or the GeForce 9400 GT that is usually included in such PCs.
lol i have that same wallpaper from interfacelift
Great dress, can't really summon an opinion on the PC though.
crow610: i think you're right. clicking on the read link goes the akhihabra page where they take mostly photo ops korean and japanese trade shows. the larger pictures are not so much air brushed and they appear to be in their mid 20s i think. i'll take both of them if they came with the pc.
