As Westinghouse realizes that the
digital photo frame market is about as over-saturated as possible right now, not to mention just how boring the whole notion has become, it has resorted to pulling in a "world renowned" name in photography in order to help push its forthcoming line. But it doesn't end with just a namedrop -- oh no, Westy's latest release has
completely and entirely failed to divulge any information whatsoever on the specifications of any of its impending frames. No screen sizes, no resolutions, no capacities, nothing. Just paragraph after paragraph of how awesome it will be to have some of Anne Geddes' photographs mixed in with your own lame attempts at capturing life's most precious moments when you buy one of these elusive units this winter (at undisclosed price points, no less). Nice going, Westinghouse.

i remember how hard it was before to download some anne geddes pictures off the internet and stick them in a digital picture frame.
personally i'm holding out for the mapplethorpe edition
I'm with you on the Maplethorpe edition. I don't even really consider what Anne Geddes does to be art. It's just crap for putting up on the walls of Pediatrician Offices.

Whenever I hear Anne Geddes' name, a little bit of vomit comes up. I literally feel like slapping people who reference her crap right before a session. She has completely tainted what a portrait of your child should be. She is no different than those nuts who dress up dogs in hats and suits and think they're funny because they're just like people.

I had never heard of Anne but this picture is really disturbing. Closest I can place it is "Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Jr."

I cannot stand Anne Geddes work. The whole idea of dressing up kids in stupid outfits and putting them inside flowers sells only to lonely housewives who think it's soooo cute! I can't believe she actually sells that crap.
