Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"We need a digital camera that can be switched on and fire off that first shot fast. It's not a commonly tracked statistic on any review site, and nobody seems to have this information for every camera. We were hoping other readers could inform us as to what small digital cameras can fire off their first pics in under a second (ideally under half a second). It needs to be small, but mostly, just really quick in operation. Thanks!"
I've had mine for a week also (Best Buy w/ 20% off). I must say, I'm a little disappointed, although I must say my expectations were really high.
Negatives: Isn't as responsive as I'd like, and the battery only lasts a day with average usage. And, divx movies are jumpy (using Divx Player). What's the point of having a VGA screen if video isn't smooth? I knew it was going to be thick, but dang! Signal strength seems a little worse than my old RAZR.
Positives: Keyboard is awesome. Screen is beautiful! TouchFlo is pretty good, although I wish I could reorder/remove the quick links along the bottom (or did I miss it?). Phone quality is good.

Chad, just found this today, I had the same gripe about reordering the Touch Flo tabs...
