The percentage of returned gadgets that have nothing wrong with them.
Of the $13.8 billion worth of returned products in 2007, only 5 percent were because gadgets were actually broken, according to a 2008 study.

We've had it in Aus for a month or so now, and the white is the easiest to sell. It looks even sexier in real life too :)
I've got an E71 and it's a fantastic phone. Trounces my previous N95 8GB and E90 completely :)
I have the gray/darker E71, but still love it! I came from owning HTC's Tilt. I'm glad I switched. Just annoyed by the Bluetooth issue...
I just hope NOKIA hurry and create there IPhone equivalent fast. Apple the technological tyranny who's Steve tyrant Jobs places the interests of his small oligarchy over the best interests of the general population to produce purpose crippled consumer goods that only serve to spread anguish and discontent among the masses. Hopefully NOKIA or whoever will create a multi touch enabled device that has all the features 'you should expect' from a phone. not a gimmicky toy with a flashy UI which is all the IPhone really is.
Apples foray into the business world is nothing short of a JOKE!!!!!!!, what when just to send my IPhone created expense report back to my desktop machine I have to send it via email to a non-trusted 3rd party server (they then perhaps steel my details, nice) only to round trip in plain text back to my machine over the internet. Grab me a sick bag fast! F@?K apple. Common NOKIA A$$ F@?K em now, destroy apple... but hire there designers!!

I'm not sure what you're on about. There are soooo many phones in the market that trounce the iPhone for features. All my phones for the last few years have.
The reason iPhone sells is the cool factor and street cred (not in my area but then no one owns iPhones around me) - I'm a Nokia fan, never bought an iphone and probably won't until I can multi-task but your comment doesn't make sense to me, Nokia can design multi-touch phones but that's not enough to sell them over and above iPhone. It's a lifestyle gadget not a functional gadget.
Is the bask side of that phone really feel / look like that?

How come they always get such cool looking flip phones??
Because Moto dropped the ball with the crappy quality on the RAZR, and Apple killed off any remaining desire for flip phones in Western markets.

Where did the sharp sh 04a come from? I have never seen it before. The limiited spec sheet says it has two memory card slots and a 5 meg camera?
I'd like to learn a bit more about this phone, please.
Have a look here. This is really a crazy phone. In addition to 5mp camera, it also have a crazy FWVGA touch screen, Virtual 5.1ch Dobly, One-seg, Felica and GPS.

Basically the IPhone's GUI is state of the art fantastic, the apple OS is a much better user story than Microsoft perhaps ever will be. Then why does jobs insist on crippling his products by purposely and quite unnecessarily holding back features, the hardware could easily offer them yet he sort of teases us with what could have been's. IPhone ‘could’ have been the only phone to buy had jobs "allowed" open software development, total blue tooth support, full WiFi, Normal phone provider functions such as video calling, multimedia messages, etc.
WHY APPLE! WHATS your problem!!! Arrr yes they could do it easily yet they DONT! WHY?? at the kind of price they ask for the dam phone yes they dam could!
