People that read blogs aren't half the world. They could post her face and this story in the biggest newspaper in the U.S. and she still probably wouldn't be noticed in person all but extremely rarely. She'll be fine, and will have a kick ass camera eye.

I'd love to see her go through airport security. She'll never see (out of) that eye again.
