Skyla's Memoir scanning digiframe scans and frames your precious memories

So, you've been collecting Monkees memorabilia for so long that you have a two foot tall stack of photos clipped from Tiger Beat and no way to display them all? Well, you're in luck! The Memoir Scanning Digital Photo Frame is the first product from Skyla, Lite-On's brand new consumer electronics division. It looks like almost all of the other digiframes out there, for better or for worse (actually, for worse) but for one key difference -- this beauty features a 4 x 6-inch, 600 dpi photo scanner. Hits the streets in late December with an expected retail price of $219.99.

Will it let me scan a picture of my money so that I can remember what it looked like? $219...
hahahahaha, i just peed
theres not a trace of doubt in my mind, that this is the best thing ever
LOL @ The monkees
A Monkees shout-out? Awesome!
Wow--I thought the digital display/printer was expensive.
BUT, you know there's lots of baby-boomer and older types out there who will LOVE this because they don't have to learn how to scan photos or learn how to use a digital camera. Since their retirement money just evaporated, they won't be able to afford it either.
would be kinda handy if you think about it, i just wonder if theres some way to transfer the pics you have scanned to your pc did any1 read the full thing lol. just wonder what the scans would look like:)
I've been waiting for an affordable sheet-feed scanner some half a decade and now it comes piggybacking a bloody digital picture frame?
There have been sheet-feed scanners out there for some time now. However, they usually come piggy-backed with a printer.
Now only if it came with zink printer as well. . . .
My Mom might like something like this if it's super easy to use...
