Its a freaking touch screen monitor. If you install Windows 7 on your computer with this monitor, you can do all the touching you want.

I wonder how good these would be for graphic design. I mean considering it is also a tablet and you can use a digitizer pen, would they be good for photoshop?
It would probably suck since its atom powered. Any graphics designer who values their time would be doing it on a real computer with an external tablet.
I agree, I think it would be nothing but frustrating to try and do any graphic design on an Atom device.
Well there goes my dreams of cheap photoshop supremacy.

Windows just sucks. It's a known fact. I simply don't know why people even argue about it anymore.
Haha, assume makes an ass out of u and me :P Windows is a little bloated, but come on, it's a pretty good operating system. Don't hate on it just because it's the most popular. That just makes you look pathetic. "Man, Windows is so conformist, me and all my emo Linux friends are all gonna go dress exactly the same so we can be different and stick it to the man, man."
@Major4Play so... you are assuming that they are making a full rewrite of the whole OS in this short a time? what are the chances of that considering how slow MS is to adapt?
@valicore I find the idea that Linux users are stereotyped as emo rather amusing..... seriously though there are very few personal linux desktops that are "the same"... Linux is about choice ... also what about BSD probably a little more secure than Linux that would be another choice?
Using linux is NOT even close to dressing the same... for crying out loud i use 4-5 different desktop environments on a regular basis... TWM (runs games fast on my crappy video card) xfce kde for the most part
I don't hate windows.... I hate what it has done to the OS market it has caused a stagnation (it killed BeOS and stifles Mac OS... killed AmigaOS which even preceded it as a graphical OS)
If they put Windows 7 on it, I will NOT be in.
Put Ubuntu on it, and then I'm in. In fact, put vendor supported Ubuntu on it before Christmas, and I may be a couple of them as Christmas presents for people.
Can I be on your christmas list?

22" version.. Windows 7... bluetooth, WIFI, gigabit ethernet... an SSD of some sort... I'm there.
