The amount of apps in the Windows Phone Marketplace

I have zero evidence to support whether this is of any help to the issues, but I noticed on RIM's website this morning that there is an updater for the Storm's software. I have no idea what rev. this is since I am waiting on my Storm, but if there is a brave soul who wants to try it - let me know what rev. it is (it looks like you must have the device connected to your computer for information on the rev.).
