Production Fisker Karma gets revealed, shakes that sexy thang
Unlike another automaker out there, Fisker Automotive's eco-friendly vehicle looks a whole lot like the concept, and while the Tesla Roadster is certainly a sexy beast, we're having an exceptionally difficult time taming our fondness for this ride. The $80,000 $87,000 plug-in hybrid has been officially revealed ahead of its "debut" at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show, but sadly, it seems that the '09 ship date has already slipped to "late 2010." We can't say looking at the gorgeous pictures make that fact any less depressing, but they're all there in the read link if you care to indulge.

My Karma ran over your dogma.
NOOOO!!! My poor dogma!
[Incessant wailing.]
Panoramawhat? This is how you design a 4-door sports car.
Those look like photorealistic renders to me, not actual photographs.
How about the MASSIVE resemblance to the Maserati Gran Turismo , its no Aston Martin thats for sure !!!!
American auto industry... I'll pass... American cars sucks.
959 ft-lbs. of torque, however, does not suck.
UnixSystemsEngineer:
Heh, you figured out my screen name. I know Corrados well (brother, best friend, etc addicted to them despite the money pits they are) and they had so much space because VW figured out how to take their typical boxy design and curve it just enough to look muscular and cool. One of the hottest hatches ever.
That being said, when you spend as much as this Fisher costs I don't think you expect practicality, as backwards as that sounds.
only problem with this and other electric is will it be able to fit someone over 6,3 comfortably
Does it have iPhone integration? It's one of my main decisions of purchasing this car.
$87,000 ??
Again...seems no one gets it. You can make an electric car as sexy as you want..anything above $20,000 isn't affordable to most.
I think I got a boner.
