Interesting, not available to download OTA yet.
Downloading now. Xbox 360 just got one red quadrant so I have to find something better to do than twiddle my thumbs.
Does that 1-888 number really work? Let me try...
I always thought it was a joke.
Haven't any of you used the n810 it been doing this for ages on its home screen and yes it kills the battery having lots of active widgets running + it makes it run like its broken! its fun for very short bursts tho! can't believe nokia expects it all to run on the n97 with less power behind it. sooo hope it will tho!
I remember seeing the Nokia roadmap. I didn't know they went mental on your arse though.
This is the first time I tried to listen to your podcast, and to be honest, it sucks ass. You're basing your opinion on S60 on an ancient E62 and complaining about it being laggy, I think you need to get yourself an E71.
I think I'm gonna stop reading this blog anymore, I've always felt like people were going too hard on you apple fanboys, but come on, your fanboyism in this podcast is off the chart.
Except for the parts where Josh comes right out and says "the E71 doesn't have this problem" and Paul says the E71 is the best candybar phone he's used. Have a re-listen and think about it.
Awesome, with you gone there will be one less annoyance when I read Engadget.
Could you recommend us other podcasts?
Mostly agree
For a USB mic:
Get a blue Icicle adapter, then use any proper mic (even a $20 Behringer XM8500). You'd be surprised how much better your podcast will sound with a real microphone as opposed to a headset mic, and it will all cost you less than $100, even with a boom stand.
Wow, that's a lot of hatred fellas.
i liked the 8 hours of mom jokes part, good stuff.
This is one of the most entertaining tech podcasts ever!
You guys should do this more often.
Concerning Engadget's "scoop" of the N97.
I think what Nokia is saying is that Engdaget didn't have pictures. I mean, anybody who understands Nokia and what's coming up in tech could make up a roadmap with a bunch of text.
I downloaded the podcast directly to my iphone over WiFi and it showed up as a VIDEO podcast even though it's all audio. So now I can't turn off my screen and listen to it without it shutting the podcast off. Any help would be great.
Hi Scott and others who might be having the same problem - this seems to be a weird bug that popped up in the 2.2 update. We're aware of the problem and are working on a solution, sorry for the inconvenience!
First time listener. Josh was annoying. Should enunciate.
If anyone is interested, the way Adam Christianson delivers A SERVICE is great.
Is there an engadget/aol blog forum? o-o
That is some dope enunciation! Man oh man!
One quick suggestion...
You guys are constantly talking over each other.
Try using the "It's my turn to talk, rock"
