At the risk of sounding like a dullard...how do you DL OTA? Looked all over the phone for an 'check for updates' and none to be found...feel free to flame away!!
Seriously, this is ridiculous. There is no documentation on how to get the OTA update. i lost the stupid micro USB cord or I would have already had it.
Why are people ignoring these questions. I swear this whole OTA on VZW is made up.
Someone who has received the OTA update, please explain how you got it.
Bill I received my update directly on my phone. When I woke up there was a message on my phone that let me know I needed to update the software. I clicked okay and it just started on it's own...took about 15 to 20 minutes tops.
