A "holiday tree" is essentially a Christmas tree. They purposely do that to avert racism against other religion as not everyone believes in J.C. or Christianity. One of the state government office was once sued for putting up Christmas decoration. To me, this is completely bull. But hey, the court ruled the government is against the constitution.
