The XLR combos jacks are on the back of the unit (in line with the control knobs) with phantom power, along with a 2 midis, a USB (the square one, not the flat one), two quarter-inch jacks, and two BNC jacks. On the sides there are four more quarter inch jacks (two per side), except on the U22, which only has one per side.
The cool part is you can run all your cables forward underneath the unit, since it has feet and it's lifted up a half inch or so.
