Trying the iTunes link with my iPod Touch but the December 20th podcast is the latest one :'[
David Russell @ Dec 27th 2008 8:15PM
Ahhhh... Another year is quickly passing. Another year in which stories like a robot that can cure cancer gets 3 comments... while a story about a firmware upgrade to the iPhone that fixes a bug with the volume display gets 200 comments. Goodbye 2008 !!! And don't worry, Apple. Your devoted Engadget Apple fanboys will be waiting for you in 2009. :)
eggothewaffle @ Dec 27th 2008 8:35PM
Great podcast so far (I had to use my E71 heh)...You mentioned more reader interaction; any plans for expanding beyond comments to an Engadget discussion forum? :)
Arkenklo @ Dec 27th 2008 6:21PM
Engadget had podcast? I've never noticed.
Alex Chopra @ Dec 27th 2008 6:37PM
Where are the archives for this again?
L @ Dec 27th 2008 6:39PM
Could you please talk even more over each other next time? I'm a non-native speaker, and it makes understanding stuff really unnecessary hard.
First and last time I'm listening to that podcast.
Wormbolt @ Dec 27th 2008 7:10PM
Is this the podcast where you talk about how great all Apple products are with no one there to comment on the fanboyism?
Saad Rabia @ Dec 27th 2008 7:24PM
Lol, I have to agree with you on this one. They start by saying that Apple products aren't perfect, then end up mentioning Apple 7 million times and comparing every single thing to one of the Apple products wither it be a T-Shirt or a rope! I wish commenters were more involved.
jinushaun @ Dec 27th 2008 7:49PM
Not perfect, true. But Apple's as close perfection as we can get. :p
Nilay Patel @ Dec 27th 2008 11:59PM
Since when does ripping on the MacBook Air for an hour count as fanboyism?
tino @ Dec 27th 2008 11:14PM
That HP is at least the Xbox (original) size but thinner on one end. Look at how tiny the HDMI slot is.

Reader meet-up attendee:
I'm glad there is an open dialogue happening about the meet-ups! Can't wait to be a part of more of them! Speaking as one of the Nokia users taking photos, may I have a spare one? If you have a refurb, it's totally okay with me!
Macca @ Dec 28th 2008 6:44AM
Jailbreak your iPhone and get Quickgold, that should satisfy your needs for searching.
Joshua Topolsky @ Dec 28th 2008 10:57AM
Yep -- just re-jailbroke and snagged Quickgold. Huge improvement.
star66 @ Dec 28th 2008 11:47AM
Same problem when downloading the podcast direct from the iphone. It shows up as a video so you can put the phone to sleep while listening.... very annoying!
Eddy @ Dec 28th 2008 7:03PM
hey, i think Apple would come out with a new phone maybe not an Iphone nano(which would just look like a squashed Iphone) but something more unique hopefully.
Again maybe Steve Jobs is ill thats why he is not coming, if the media know stocks might drop more and in the time of despair, you dont want to loss that much. Furthermore, if a cult like figure like Steve Jobs is no more there is would empower the PC users
CycleMad @ Jan 7th 2009 3:36PM
I love the postcast but here is the problem. I use an iPhone to listen and because of the picutures included in the podcast my iPhone thinks it is a video. Why is this a problem? When I power off my iPhone screen or leave the podcast to open another app it stops the stream. The only way I can listen is if I have the phone on including screen and use no other apps. It would be greatly appreciated if your podcast was broadcast in the same maner as engadget HD.
