If they're going to support it as poorly as they do the 2210, I wouldn't waste my time. (I have one and support is a whole lot of Eclipse and TomTom pointing fingers at each other. -- The device isn't even listed on the TomTom website.)
Actually the AVN2210p is listed in the support section of their site. I see no reason why each company would feel responsible for the others problem. Then again they can always blame the installer.
