Be happy you bought a bold. I mean 8900 is just a slightly thinner bold seemingly, and personally I think the bold looks better. Screen Resolution is the same. I wouldn't be surprised if the software is perfectly compatible, meaning I could go download the os from AT&T site and load it in a 8900. Don't know about that At&t logo on the back though. At&t store may have the ability to brand stuff.
For those looking for a device strictly for reading, the new Kobo is a nice little option. It's small enough to slip into a pocket, can do more with a PDF than the competition, and at $129, it's $10 cheaper than both the Nook and Kindle WiFi.
