The title says "launches in Kenya" and in the text it says "launching in the States". Go figure indeed.
The sentence in the body is an inversion of the sentence in the title. Get it?

My nephew has a Bob the Builder toy who says (when you click the button):

This toy was bought back in 2003 (and still runs on the same pair of batteries).

I think the knock off might be your nephews toy... Because Bob The Builder says, "Can we fix it?" Not "Can We Do It."
While your at it, I would check for lead paint... Just saying... Buy real toys.
Actually Bob says "Can we ____ it?" where the most common objectives are 'build' and 'fix'. But sometimes he makes a specific one like 'pave' or 'dig'. I can't recall ever hearing a generic 'can we do it'? But I have in fact seen at least one Authorized Bob toy use the catch phrase.
Not that I watch the show or anything. Cause it's for babies.
