Travelmate USB Power Adapter does just what its name implies

If you're a serious gadget-head we don't need to explain just how convenient a USB power adapter can be (especially one that won't shock you). In the case of the Travelmate, USB Geek really does Apple one better, offering a device with two USB ports to Apple's one -- for a sweeter price, to boot. This guy works in your home or your car (or anyone's, for that matter) and includes connector tips for juicing up almost any handset. And if that weren't enough, we hear that the included "carrying pouch" also works with twenty-sided dice. You can't say that about just any pouch, can you?

that thing cost USD$6 in Taiwan.
not bad i would maybe buy this
I don't know if people are aware that several of HTC's phones comes with an adapter like this, only it's only one USB outlet. The good thing is that it doesn't look anything like anything Apple would ever make, as it's flat, shiny and with manly, clear cut edges.
I bought a Capdase charger similar to this in Munich this past May when I realized that I left my IPod Touch charger at home. While it only provided a USB interface (no device adapters), it does have 5 different international electric plugs that pop on and off the front. Very slick. Cost about 15 Euros, I believe. Well worth it at the time and the circumstances involved.
I grabbed a generic AC-USB adapter last year on Amazon for less than $2 and it hasn't failed me yet.
