MSI Wind NetOn AP1900 gets official photography treatment
MSI has gone official with its all-in-one Wind NetOn A1900, which looks to be the M19 we saw in November that was also at CES. The 18.5-inch desktop houses an Intel Atom N270, 2GB DDR2 RAM, 160GB SATA HDD, DVD burner, 4-in-1 card reader, 1.3 megapixel webcam, and an optional 802.11 b/g. Its display is soft-rocking a WSXGA 16:9 resolution with 5 ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 250 cd/m² brightness -- nothing worth writing home about. No word here on here pricing or availability, but back when it called itself the M19, it was scheduled to hit retail channels last month for five Benjamins.

I hate atom pc's they are evil
blah blah blah. Its just a processor, nothing more, nothing less.
Complain about something else.
Passive aggressive much? ;)
Anyway, looks quite nice, although that HUGE chin spoils the look a lot imho.
Too bad the most important info is missing - the price. If it's around 500€, it's a great AIO, especially since it has a larger screen and a DVD burner compared to the 450€ Eee Top...
€484,03 sound good then?

gimmie gimmie
With an embedded TV tuner this would sell a lot for intalling in hotels.
As it is, it's good for internet cafes.
*installing.
and I forgot to say that skype videophones are so expensive that atom-based machines like these might kill them off.
it looks mighty thin in those pics, hope it actually is:)
Can you say cheap, Hackintoshtastic iMac?
I bought am old shell of an imac and stripped it out, replacing it with atom innards and a router. That part took 3 days, the hakintoshry took a good few weeks to perfect...
hmm only a single atom?
Yeah- they seem to like the whole mom's kitchen counter desktop concept.
Is that a regular, tray-loading CD/DVD drive vice a slot loading drive, skip that!
Atom on a desktop? Somehow, it doesn't make a lot of sense. I think the cheapest C2Duo costs less in retail yet outperforms the single core N270.
May be cheaper to get a higher performance cpu, but the atom is physically smaller, and a LOT cooler ( = smaller fan) so basically if they added a standard intel processor, it would have been faster, BUT physically larger due to the cpu size, and fan size (letting apple keep the smaller size crown) so msi went for small, cool, and quiet over fast, hot and bulky
Not thrilled with the "chin" as L called it either, but can it be easily wall mounted? That's what I'm looking for. Kitchen counter space is at a premium in my humble abode.
FTA... VESA standard wall mount.
Its nice, but it looks like all they did was move parts from their netbooks around and slap them in a monitor case.
I would actually be interested in this if it had the dual core atom(the N280?).
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the 280 is just a slightly faster single core (mostly faster in the FSB, slightly higher clock speed), as opposed to the 330, which is a dual core processor. I'm pretty sure that both of those support hyperthreading, though.
Not bad for $400...if it costs $400.
Looks like a good idea..Ugly as Hell though
Most important info is missing - is it still touchscreen? Claim it has when they announced it as the m19, now the MSI spec sheet states nothing about it anymore???
