No, it uses a “SRIF” chip. And of course, no 3G. The touchscreen is incredibly cheap, too, which is why they give you a stylus. (A stylus? Welcome to 1997!)
If you read the specs at the bottom of the page, you will see that the phone only comes with Windows Mobile 6.1. It’s up to you to port Google Android to the phone.
