Still looks like you need to whip out a stylus to do a lot of the basic functions....Oh how much longer till Windows Mobile 7 ! ! all our phones in the UK are now on 18 month contracts min and we are ready to renew....do I really want 6.1 for another 18 months. I have literally had nightmares about that phone OS! !
Why the devil would you wait for Microsoft to deliver technology that's been available on other platforms for years? WinMo has no monopoly, it's dated, and it's losing momentum. If it's time to renew there are *plenty* of other options out there.
@Darrren, WinMo does plenty of things that other phones are incapable of doing and it does them very well. Proper Exchange integration, an unrestricted development platform that leads to things like proper GPS navigation software, enterprise integration, customisability and hardware choice. It's UI may be a bit tired here and there and MS could do more to enforce minimum hardware requirements but it's generally the most powerful phone OS on the market today.
6.5 looks like it's more than enough to keep people going until 7 comes out and I'll definitely be considering it mid-year when I know what phones it will be available on.
WinMo isn't the only platform to offer cut-and-paste, or open development, and they don't even offer the best Exchange integration. There's no reason to stick with WinMo, and if these these sad, new demo videos are any indication, people who wait around for Microsoft are going to get burnt.

You mean like copy and paste?
But I'm sure you will tell us that was never an important feature to begin with.
