Apple rumor vindicated. Apple just doubled the capacity of its iPod shuffle to 4GB while ditching the control wheel entirely. The new design keeps the clip and adds VoiceOver -- a new feature that gets around the lack of display by telling you which song is playing and who performs it at the touch of a button on the earbud cable. It'll also call out your playlists and let you navigate to others. Available in black or silver for $80 and your claim to what Apple calls the "world's smallest music player." Swing.... and a miss.
If i so much as blink out of rhythm Apple earphones fall out of my poorly designed ears. Now they're adding a pendulum weight to the cord? Yeah, that's just what I need - touch the control, watch the earphone fall out, re-insert, repeat.
I've got a half dozen iPods laying around from over the years, but this one won't be joining the collection.
Hey apple ipods are the most durable MP3 players you can get. I've seen and listen to my friend's 2end gen or 3rd gen shuffle that is wrapped in to a circle just about and still plays the same as my 2end gen shuffle. Ipod works longer faster and strogner than other ipods. don't like this design, don't buy it. I don't like it but I upgraded to a nano. you can still buy a 3rd gen ipod nano if you want to.

the controls on the earphone make it so easyy to use (not for dumb people sum find it confusing LOL)
and it luks sexyy n sleek for smart people.
so its veryy easy to use while travelling, walking, running etc. and the voice over is awesome tooo
with 4gb space and 10-12 hrs battery life its an awesome piece of work by apple
n for people who dnt wanna buy or cant afford it plzz dnt say rubbish abut it
IT IS AWSOME and the apple earphones ROCKK not like sum cheap people who buy Duplicate and preffer then becuz they cant afford the originals, so just shut up people
