If only. The video sucked (for an artist he doesn't get how presentation is important) and it looks ugly as hell.

You're not missing much. The guy acts like a doucebag, not an artist. If he had any brains, he would have sold that semi-rare coveted 60GB on ebay for $400-500 and bought a pair of XBOXs or a ton of XBOX games or an XBOX and Wii.

To prove one thing: Xbox's are susceptible to the red ring of death, and Sony just wants to show the PS3 is immune to such things.
Instead, PS3's can get gonorrhea and genital warts. This picture makes me feel sick.

Many people ask, "What is the point of this?" This would not be a question if you had 3, PS3's.
Wasting a PS3 out of fanboyism. If he hated PS3 games, he should have put it to work for folding at home. Now the cure for disease may take a bit longer because of people like him.

I'd have to agree. There's nothing artistic about microwaving a games console. I'd bet this d0vetastic person was a 13-year-old if nobody but single 30-year-olds owned PS3s.
i hope the fumes and chemicals from the burning plastic give this guy cancer.
not because i care one way or another for the ps3 or xbox 360, but because of how smug he is and how he doesnt care about the damage hes doing. and for the fact that hes shirtless.

I agree, it's just a console but I like how it turned out. Creepy Eye's all over the ps3 faceplate looking out evily at you. I want that faceplate, I wonder if he would give it to me?
Who says they're fanboys? I'd imagine this would strike most people as wasteful and stupid even if they didn't play games at all.

I was gonna crack a 360 joke, but I decided to spare you all my errant fanboyism.
I think there's two good points to this. First, microwaving random stuff is fun, and the resulting metamorphosis from sleek black machine (and the PS3 is the best looking console of this generation, no contest) to hideously deformed wax museum blob is lovely in a Boris Karloff sort of way. Second, the inevitable response from PS3 Fantards is an artform in itself. It's like lovingly offering dung to a dung beetle and seeing which way it'll be rolled.
Whilst I might agree with you that the PS3 design is the nicest (I don't hate the look of the 360 or Wii, just meh) you can't deny that it's obese.
Like ... If Jessica Alba put on a bit of weight, she'd still be hot ... But I'd have to avoid looking at her from a few directions ;p
