Just another example of a person showing a lack of class and common sense. You don't have to be a genius to know that you don't brag about your Samsung phone at an LG function. Showed no class that Michael Bay didn't accept the phone the president offered him graciously. Nobody says he has to use the phone. Show some class Michael!
bigcow, thats exactaly what we need in this country more people to be sensitive pushovers. He said it bluntly, he doesnt know anything or give a damn about high tech phones, he's got a cheep ass one that makes calls. obviously that's all he needs. and why not accept the one fromt he president of LG? because why would michael bay want to call Cho's wife. thats just silly.
It's not really about being a pushover or a jerk, it's a matter of tactical discretion. It's fine to be a dick all the time, but maybe sometimes you just may want to play it the other way. At the very least, he could have held to what he really thought at just not said anything really. He could have stopped at "I really don't keep up with cell phone tech a whole lot."
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.
