Apple and companies like Apple are getting sued every 15 minutes about something. Last time it was about OS X monopoly (ha!), next was some silly user interface patent. Now it's this. Just because Elan won a previous court injunction, doesn't mean they'll win this one. There are more than one ways to do multitouch. I wonder if Engadget will anounce the news if Apple wins with the same enthusiasm. Funny how everyone assumes Apple will sue Palm when nothing has actually happened. Apple is so evil, right?
