What's so damn hard about a phone. As long as I remember, I never had to have much training to use a phone...it just comes to you. If it doesn't then they need to go back to the drawing board. This thing should show how simple it is to use with just an instruction card...forget the 50 page manual.
It's training on how to use and SELL the phone. You need to be able to demonstrate to the customer how to use the Pre and what makes it special, hence the training.
