Engadget's recession antidote: win a be.ez LAbesace LIME DROP laptop case!
This whole global economic crisis, and its resulting massive loss of jobs got us thinking. We here at Engadget didn't want to stand helplessly by, announcing every new round of misery -- including today's news from Toshiba and Sony Ericsson -- without giving anything back -- so we decided to take the opportunity to spread a little positivity. We'll be handing out a new gadget every day (except for weekends) to lucky readers until we run out of stuff or companies stop sending things. Today we've got delightful LAbesace LIME DROP messenger bag for 15-inch laptops, complete with a rugged nylon exterior, plenty of room for your smaller gizmos and a sign that says "Kiss Me, I'm Famous." Read the rules below (no skimming -- we're omniscient and can tell when you've skimmed) and get commenting! Hooray for free stuff!
Big thanks to be.ez for providing the gear!

The rules:
- Leave a comment below. Any comment will do, but if you want to share your proposal for "fixing" the world economy, that'd be sweet too.
- You may only enter this specific giveaway once. If you enter this giveaway more than once you'll be automatically disqualified, etc. (Yes, we have robots that thoroughly check to ensure fairness.)
- If you enter more than once, only activate one comment. This is pretty self explanatory. Just be careful and you'll be fine.
- Contest is open to anyone in the 50 States, 18 or older! Sorry, we don't make this rule (we hate excluding anyone), so be mad at our lawyers and contest laws if you have to be mad.
- Winner will be chosen randomly. The winner will receive one (1) be.ez LAbesace LIME DROP case for 15-inch laptops. Approximate retail value is $89.99.
- If you are chosen, you will be notified by email. Winners must respond within three days of the end of the contest. If you do not respond within that period, another winner will be chosen.

This is starting to get depressing... I know this has better odds than the lottery... This would save me from buying a birthday gift, so that is definitely an antidote to my personal recession.

Bob Kelso's Rule #1 - Too many HaHa's...Pretty soon BooHoo
I want it!
The answer is simple- create a world venture to colonize the stars, starting with creating a world wide research effort to develop and build cryogenic systems to transport humans to the worlds, then in developing the spaceships themselves, and then using them to colonize the stars. In pouring the trillions of dollars (and pounds and euros) into developing and creating the endeavor, not only will we have created the solution to crime (kill someone? Send 'em off to alpha centuri and let them deal with it! Steal something? Send them off to Beta Sigma and let them deal with it! illegal immigrant? Not anymore once they are on their ways to Arcturus!). In the end not only will we not have wasted the money on the banks who will just fail again once they start working on the next scam, but will have solved all the worlds problems!
hook me up!
next.
holy crap he actually was first.
let me WIN
I hope I win.
