sounds good but is there a usage cap? 101mb/s but you can only use 100gb in a month...
I skimmed the article did anyone catch the upload speed on that plan?

Did you even read the title of the article? "uncapped"
The first sentence in the article states, "against bandwidth caps", and the title of this blog post says "uncapped internet service."
