Color changing Luxeed U5 LED keyboard is a rave at your fingertips
Luxeed's got a fine history of making the keyboard a fantastical piece of wonder, and its newest offering is not exception. The U5 LED keyboard has pretty much everything one could ask for in a colorful peripheral -- programmable, patterned LEDs which are guaranteed to brighten up your day. It boasts support for Windows, Linux and Mac (previous versions were Windows only), so if it's ever made available outside of Korea, we can guarantee you we'll be getting one for every member of our dance posse. They're available for pre-order in Korea now for KRW 99,000 (about $77 USD). One more mountain-moving shot after the break.

Overpriced, like most of Thinkgeek's stuff.
I was about to say, I'd rather buy it from them instead since they're ±62% cheaper...
The point is that ThinkGeek has carried this product for months (I saw it back in their Christmas catalog), so how is this news?
Drugs + LED Keyboard = mayhem...
Should of smoked something before reading this article. Doesn't look too bad. The bleed through on the back looks like it could be annoying, but other than that looks very usable.
I wish it was A LOT cheaper.
I'm in love with a LOL keyboard, oh god.
A LOL keyboard doesn't sound very ergonomic, nor very forgiving, but I wish the best for you both.
Hallelujah, brother.
i like the neon look.. i wish this was recession antidote! x.x
I can has rave times now, OONTZ OONTZ?!
I lol'd

thats freaking sick....i would totally buy one of those
That's nice...
Although I would preffer one with a matching numeric keypad...
let us know if it hits the states
http://www.thinkgeek.com/computing/keyboards-mice/a85c/ as posted above
Curious... the korean site has the english keyboard for sale for ($77) but doesn't seem to take order from US. Thinkgeek, the US distributor has it for $200 o_O.
Oh, of course. You can surely expect them to charge us in the US more for it... ya know, $123 shipping cost.
Tell me about it i would totally buy it for $80+ but definitely not at $200.
OH SNAP!
After watching this video and thinking back to my times in the 80's I must have been one big tool
$80 is a good price, $200 not so much.
Which is better, black or white?
BTW the thinkgeek.com one doesn't have linux or mac support. So it doesn't light up
for those os, it is just a normal keyboard.
not bad
I have the Luxeed deTA200 keyboard and it sucks. Every time I reboot I have to unplug and re-plugin the keyboard once windows restarts. Their software is horrible too, and most of the buttons on the keyboard dont work either (like their 4 programmable buttons, or the sleep/wake buttons.
The white one looks very cheap. I returned the white one and got the black one, it looks much better.
Streets of rage 2 had a track (Above reason I think it was called) that sounded like Move any mountain.
korean! where can i get the korean + english version?
For that much money, for what looks like yet another cheapo keyboard - with nothing special other than color changing LEDs, I'd just buy a few more used IBM Model M's that will never need replacing... but that's just me.

YASK4T - Yet Another Stupid Keyboard for Teenagers.
1/4 of a Happy Hacking Keyboard Pro 2 >> this.
When are they going to make a cool keyboard like this in the split/natural style so people with carpal tunnel (like me) can use them?
the think geek is an old model not the one being presented here
like it says in the article "older versions only supported windows"
you guys in comments are comparing apples to oranges
What, $77.00 and no 10-key pad? It looks like something that was designed for a laptop and wouldn't sell so they pulled it out and are trying to sell it alone.
They should make something like this with individual screens for each key instead of just changing light. You could have keys change cases, display shortcuts, etc.
