NES gamepad mouse is the most amazing piece of industrial design in the history of humankind
Apparently as of right now, this stunning piece of high art is just a foam model mock-up, but listen to us, mouse manufacturers of the world: if you build this, we will give you every penny we have to own it. Our only gripe? The D-pad should definitely be up top for navigation duties. Still... where's the waiting list?

Cool! I wan't one! I like the overall asthetics and look of the Nintendo controller. I really like the directional pad on the side where the thumb would naturally sit and control it.
the comments so far as equal funny and cool as the mouse. 1 or 2 more features and we have THE best mouse ever made imo.
A + B on the sides for front and back.
Start and Select where A + B are now on the mockup for left click/right click.
D-Pad inbetween Start and Select for 4-way scrolling, enabling a down-click for opening new tabs.
This guys going to be rich.
I'm sure Nintendo will make sure they get all the money.
Yeah, that's a genius idea. I think I may just hack up an NES controller and a mouse and make one of these for myself.
This brings new meaning to the term "Gamer's mouse."
1988 called... They want their style back.
the start and select buttons should be right above the buttons. Then those could be used as a scroll wheel. Or maybe that's too much.
I'm angry about the D-pad comment. Was that a typo? If not then please explain why moving it on top would make it better. Stupidest idea I've ever heard.
It's so much win!
NICE! :)

I hope the designer of this get's paid some good money! I'll be pissed if some company decides to make it their own and cuts the designer out of the profits. Even if they change it up a little, the original designer should still get credit!
NO NO !!!!!! the pad is very good on the side !!!!! i've been waiting for a sided-scroll wheel for enough long time now, keep this one the way it is, thanks !!
i'm dowbn.
this is the problem with the over inflation of industrialization. we're all so specialized that when we come up with an idea we can't even make it! we have to beg Someone to make it and sell it to us! sad...
