Video: Kondo bot acquires iPod touch headgear

If you're a Kondo KHR-2HV hobbyist and the usual choices for headgear all seem a little too safe, you might want to check out this next item. YouTube user 'ogutti' has posted a video of the robot he built using an iPod touch for its control unit and user interface. Details are skint, but apparently the device uses the Robochan app to program and play back the robot's various movements. At the very least, this thing does have a rather cute animated visage -- although it does seem a little too top heavy for any serious tournament fighting. See it in action for yourself after the break.

the I-Minator !
Lowly human, don't touch my face! For that you all will be DESTROYED!!!
What the robot is hiding is that when you touch his face, one of the many iPhone fart applications is activated, and he releases a big wet one.
The sheer embarrassment is his Kryptonite.
This video is full of win, I lol'd when it fell over from the top heavy iPod, the guy laughed when it fell a second time.
'It changes faces when touched by others'
This made me laugh and is very cool.
I think that he should make the robot WiFi compatible and control it by the iPod touch wirelessly. that would be a little more impressive, but still a good effort.
He could do that, but then it would have no head. Now what good is a headless robot
@Kevin - Just program it to take the head of some useless human.
And now a list of useless humans by fellow Engadgeteers:
Remember that movie with Donald Sutherland and Jaime Lee Curtis? Virus?

I'm just saying... you need to kill all your robots. NOW!
nevermind being top-heavy - kondo-iBot will fell enemies through his sheer awesomeness.
